David joined Manawanui in May 2026 to be part of an organisation making a genuine difference in the disability sector. A chartered accountant, he has a wealth of experience in financial and digital transformation, with a track record of enabling operational excellence.
Responsible for Manawanui’s client payment, billing and payroll operations, David drives continuous improvement across these services, ensuring they are efficient, scalable and centred on the customer experience.

Stef leads Manawanui’s customer service operations, including the Customer Experience Centre, coaching support, customer comms, and feedback and complaints processes. She joined Manawanui because of its commitment to empowering people to live life on their own terms.
With extensive leadership experience across customer services and operational management, Stef is focused on building high-performing teams, improving customer experiences and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Rachel Hamlin
General Manager Funder Services
Rachel joined Manawanui in April 2026, attracted by our kaupapa and commitment to improvement. She brings extensive operational leadership experience from the education sector.
Rachel’s expertise lies in building strong relationships with funders and key partners, including NASCs. She plays a vital role in ensuring funding agreements, contract performance and service expectations are effectively managed, helping to deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders, especially our customers.
